The Smog Shoppe in Culver city was the perfect venue to house the spectacular vendors who came together to create this amazing non-traditional bridal event. We felt like kids in a candy store from the minute we walked in until the time we left! Congratulations to Paige, Kelly and Audrey for a job well done!
The event design was so tasteful and fun with florals from Brown Paper Design, The Floral Lab, Dandelion Ranch and Succulent Love, vintage rentals from Found Rentals and beautiful details from many other super creative vendors.
And check out this CRAZY innovative paint-by-number guest sign in by the Bash, Please gals!!
What would a great event be with out amazing cocktails (we sipped on Sunday Punches with grapefruit, vodka and rosemary) and fantastic eats? Heirloom LA‘s carefully planned menu of small bites were more than tantalizing. We especially loved the delicious steak tartare!
With so many creative minds in one place, the table displays throughout the event were above and beyond gorgeous. We are head over heals for Jesi Haack‘s use of tin cans and chain in her design with floral design by Dandelion Ranch. How outrageously cool is Sitting in a Tree‘s yarn filled masterpiece? We can’t even imagine the time and dedication it took to wrap those chairs in yarn!
The evening’s fashion show, put together and emceed by Grey Likes Weddings, featured gorgeous dresses from Michelle Rahn, Tavin and Stella Alberti Couture and stunning headpieces and sashes from Lo Boheme and Untamed Petals.
No wedding event could be complete without the icing on the cake, literally! Enjoy Cupcakes brought fun and whimsy together with their superbly crafted cupcakes (our faves were creme brulee and dark chocolate with sea salt) and the adorable trailer they’re served out of.
All in all, Hitched was an amazing evening filled with the most innovative and passionate people in the event industry. We were thrilled to be in their midst and will be eagerly awaiting the next one!
